Over the past year, Cybertrol achieved a perfect 100 percent Supplier Quality Management (SQM) score across all four quarters. This consistent performance reflects the team’s dedication to delivering reliable, high-quality automation and information solutions that help manufacturers meet demanding production and compliance standards.
In a letter to Cybertrol’s CEO, Ben Durbin, Jim Snee, President and CEO of Hormel Foods, commended the team for “consistently demonstrating the highest levels of quality, delivery, service, and customer support throughout the year.” The Spirit of Excellence Award is presented annually to a select group of suppliers who maintain a Supplier Rating Index score of 92 or higher, along with exceptional performance in service and innovation.
