Cybertrol Achieves Rockwell Automation Competency - Adds Batch Badge

Cybertrol Engineering is proud to announce the achievement of a new competency within the Rockwell Automation System Integrator Partner Program. Our team has successfully completed the Batch Capability curriculum, adding this important badge to our profile. In addition, we have renewed our PlantPAx® competency, a prerequisite for obtaining the Batch Capability.

Recently, Rockwell Automation has introduced more stringent standards for their System Integrator capability badges. Cybertrol was audited on this new process and was successful in achieving the Batch Process capability. Introducing Cybertrol BatchWorks: Enhancing FactoryTalk Batch

In addition to our Batch capability, Cybertrol offers a unique add-on solution called BatchWorks, a web-based, middleware software that seamlessly integrates with FactoryTalk Batch. Cybertrol BatchWorks transacts material consumption and production information generated by Batch directly with the [Customer's] ERP system. This integration enables real-time visibility into key metrics such as production costs, inventory availability, batch cycle times, and batch quality. By complementing FactoryTalk Batch with Cybertrol BatchWorks, we deliver a complete solution that empowers our clients to optimize their operations and make data-driven decisions.
