At Automation Fair, we’ll be bringing the PalletWorks and Plex MES demo to California, but we’re also excited to debut a new demonstration that integrates BatchWorks and Plex MES. BatchWorks is a web-based middleware software, developed by Cybertrol, that enhances Rockwell Automation's FactoryTalk Batch by integrating material consumption and production data with ERP systems. It supports FactoryTalk Batch, PlantPAx Logix Batch Sequence Manager (LBSM), and other ISA-88 solutions. This solution offers a unified platform that streamlines the entire process—from formulation management and scheduling to batch production and finished goods management in the warehouse.
